This package is for couples who want a full time professional overseeing all the details of their wedding. This can include anything from securing vendors to assisting you in creating your menu cards. This package will allow you to be at ease from the beginning of your wedding planning till the end. With Neha and her team’s extensive expertise, you will have the most elegant wedding planning experience. This package includes but is not limited to: - Budget preparation, allocation and management - Vendor recommendations and assisting in selecting vendors - Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule - Unlimited phone calls, emails and in person meetings from time of booking to wedding day - Full development of the wedding theme (site decorations, food, attire, favours, centerpieces, wedding stationery etc.) - Handling follow-ups with all vendors Supervision of wedding set up - On site direction of wedding from morning till the end
PARTIAL PLANNING
This Package is for couples who do not require full wedding planning and are coming to us midway through the planning process. This package is customized according to the needs of the couple and can be discussed in more detail.
DAY/MONTH OF COORDINATION
This package works really well for couples who have completed a big portion of their wedding planning and have a good idea of what their vision is for their wedding. This offering is designed to assist couples with the last few items that are left on the checklist and to pull all the details together in order to have their vision come to life. We will deal with all the details on the day of your wedding to ensure that you and your loved ones are stress free. This package includes but is not limited to: - Complimentary initial consultation a few weeks prior to the wedding to explain planning process - Create a detailed timeline and a wedding day itinerary - Unlimited phone calls, emails and in person meetings from the initial consultation to the wedding day - Point of contact for all vendors - On site direction of wedding from morning till the end - Supervision of full wedding set up - Troubleshooting any last minute emergencies that may arise during the event
